All our products are guaranteed for 30 calendar days from delivery. The guarantee does not include cases of poor care of the jewels, misuse, falls, snags, or any type of negligence.

We send all our packages in 24/48 hours from Monday to Friday. Orders will be prepared on the day and will go out the next day.
In the case of personalized jewelry , since they are manufactured when the order is made exclusively for the client, the shipping time is 7-10 business days .
